Direct orders, on your own address

Your café gets its own ordering page at an address like cafename.cupcloud.ae. A customer who opens it sees only your menu, and orders from you directly, in their phone's browser, without installing an app.

Cupcloud is the software in the middle and nothing more. It never holds your money and it does not take a share of each order. What a customer pays, they pay to your café.

A live queue your staff will not miss

Every order, however it arrived, appears on one live order queue with a sound alert. Staff see what was ordered and where it is going, and move the order through its stages as they work.

You can add to this as the café grows. A kitchen screen shows the cooks what to prepare. Kitchen tickets and bills can print on a thermal printer through a small Windows program at the café. Delivery orders can be assigned to a driver. All three are optional.

Walk-in and phone orders go in the same queue

Not every customer will order from their own phone, and they should not have to. For the person standing at the counter, or the regular who calls, your cashier enters the order on the order-taking screen. It joins the same queue as everything else, so the kitchen works from one list instead of a screen plus a pile of paper.

How customers pay

Cash works for every café today: at the table, at the counter, at the car or at the door.

Online card payment is being rolled out and is available on request. It runs through your café's own payment gateway account, so funds go straight from the customer to you.

Run by the manager, used by the team

The manager controls the menu, tables, opening hours and settings from the admin, and gives each staff member a login with the right role: manager, cashier, waiter or driver. A sales dashboard and reports show how the café is doing, from the orders you actually took.
