Do customers need an app?
No. There's nothing to download. Guests just scan and order in the browser, in English or Arabic.
How do I get paid?
Through your café's own payment gateway — card payments settle directly to your account, and Cupcloud never holds your money. You can also take cash on delivery.
Is it bilingual?
Yes. Every menu works in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support, from day one.
Can I update my menu myself?
Yes. You manage your items, prices, categories, and availability from your own admin — changes appear instantly.
