A digital menu for Abu Dhabi cafés, with delivery zones that fit your area

Abu Dhabi is a big emirate, and a café in the city, in Mussafah, in Khalifa City or in Al Ain each serves a very different map. Cupcloud gives your shop a bilingual menu page with ordering, and lets you decide exactly where you deliver and what each area costs.

A spread-out emirate, where distance decides the order

In Abu Dhabi the question is rarely whether you deliver. It is how far. A customer two streets away and a customer across a bridge or down the highway are not the same trip for your driver, and one flat fee for both either loses you money or loses you the nearby order.

That is why delivery zones matter more here than almost anywhere else, and why this page starts with them.

Draw your zones area by area

In the Cupcloud admin you draw your delivery zones on a map yourself. A café on the island might draw its own blocks as one zone and the rest of downtown as another. A shop in Khalifa City might cover its own community closely and the neighbouring ones at a higher fee.

  • A delivery fee for each zone
  • A minimum order for each zone
  • An amount above which delivery is free
  • A time estimate for each zone

The customer sees the fee before ordering

The customer opens your menu, chooses delivery and drops a pin on a map. The fee for that location is shown before they place the order, so nobody is surprised at the door.

After ordering they get a tracking page with the live status and an arrival-time window. On longer runs, that page answers the question your phone would otherwise ring for.

The city, Mussafah, Khalifa City and Al Ain

In the city, among offices and towers, table QR codes and nearby delivery do most of the work. In Mussafah, cafeterias feed people on short breaks, so quick counter orders taken by staff and car orders by plate number and emirate keep the line moving.

In Khalifa City and similar villa communities, families order from home or pull up outside, so delivery and car ordering sit side by side. Al Ain is a city of its own with its own pace, and a café there can set the menu to open in Arabic first and draw zones that follow its own neighbourhoods. It is the same system in each place, switched on differently.

Your drivers, one queue, no commission

You deliver with your own drivers. When an order is ready you assign it to a driver, who gets a simple screen with the address and a Navigate button. All orders, from tables, cars, the counter and delivery, arrive on one live staff queue with a sound alert, with an optional kitchen screen and thermal printing.

Cupcloud takes no commission per order and never holds your money. Cafés take cash today; online card payment through your own payment gateway account is available on request. Setup is done by hand by the Cupcloud team, and cafés in Abu Dhabi using Cupcloud are listed below when available.

Common questions

Can I charge more for delivery to farther areas of Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Each zone you draw has its own fee, minimum order, free-delivery amount and time estimate.

Does Cupcloud work for cafés in Al Ain and Mussafah?

Yes. The menu is a web page at your own address, and you draw delivery zones wherever your café actually delivers.

Who delivers the orders?

Your own drivers. Cupcloud does not provide riders; it gives your driver the address and a Navigate button.

Will customers see my zone boundaries?

No. Customers see a plain map with their own pin and the delivery fee for that location.

Is the menu in Arabic and English?

Yes. Every menu is bilingual with a one-tap switch, and you choose which language opens first.
