Restaurant delivery without commission, on your own zones and your own drivers
Cupcloud lets your café or restaurant take delivery orders directly from your own menu page. You draw the areas you deliver to, set the fee for each one, and send your own driver. Cupcloud takes no commission on any order.
Draw the delivery zones you really cover
You know your neighbourhood better than any map. In the Cupcloud admin you draw your delivery zones directly on a map: the streets around the shop, the towers across the main road, the area your driver can reach when it is busy.
Each zone carries its own settings, so a nearby block and a farther district do not have to share the same terms.
- A delivery fee for the zone
- A minimum order for the zone
- An amount above which delivery is free
- A time estimate for the zone
Customers see the fee before they order
A delivery customer opens your menu, chooses delivery and drops a pin on a map where the order should go. The delivery fee for that spot appears before they place the order, so there is no awkward phone call afterwards about the charge.
The customer only sees a plain map and their own pin. Your zone shapes stay on your side.
Minimum orders and free delivery, zone by zone
A single karak to a far district rarely makes sense. Set a minimum order where you need one and leave it off where you do not. If you want to reward bigger baskets, set the amount above which delivery becomes free for that zone.
These rules are yours to change in the admin whenever your costs or your coverage change.
Your own drivers, with a simple screen
Cupcloud does not send riders. You use your own drivers, the people who already know your regulars and your buildings.
When a delivery order is ready, you assign it to a driver. The driver gets a simple screen with the address and a Navigate button that opens directions. No extra app to learn and no shouting addresses across the counter.
One queue for staff, a tracking page for the customer
Delivery orders arrive on the same live staff queue as table, car and counter orders, with a sound alert when a new one comes in. If you want, add a kitchen screen or print kitchen tickets and bills on a thermal printer.
The customer gets a tracking page with the live status of the order and an arrival-time window, so they are not left guessing or calling the shop to ask.

No commission, and the money goes to you
Cupcloud takes no commission per order and never holds your money. Today every café takes cash on delivery.
Online card payment is being rolled out and is available on request. It runs through your café's own payment gateway account, so the money goes straight to you rather than through Cupcloud.

Delivery next to table, car and counter orders
Delivery is one of four ways to order on the same menu. Dine-in customers scan a table QR code, car customers order from outside and give their plate number and emirate, and staff can take takeaway and counter orders. It is one menu, in English and Arabic, at your own address, cafename.cupcloud.ae.
