Digital menu pricing in the UAE, kept plain and honest
We do not publish a price list yet. Tell us about your café on WhatsApp and we will give you a clear price for your shop. Whatever the price, Cupcloud takes no commission on your orders.
How pricing works today
Cupcloud is priced on request. Send us a message, tell us what kind of shop you run and how you take orders, and we will tell you what it costs. There is no price table on this page because we would rather give you a real answer than a number that does not fit your café.
A free trial is coming soon. It is not available yet, and we will say so here when it is.
No commission per order
Cupcloud does not take a share of your sales. A busy Friday does not cost you more than a quiet Tuesday because of us.
Cupcloud also never holds your money. Today every café takes cash, paid straight to you. Online card payment is being rolled out and is available on request; it runs through your café's own payment gateway account, so card money goes directly to you as well.
What is included
Cupcloud is one system for the menu and for the orders that come from it. This is what a café on the platform gets.
- Your own menu page at your own address, cafename.cupcloud.ae, opened by QR code or link with no app for customers
- A bilingual English and Arabic menu with a proper right-to-left layout, and your choice of which language opens first
- Categories, item photos, descriptions, sizes and add-on options, with items you can mark unavailable
- Prices in AED, shown VAT-inclusive or with VAT added, as you set
- Four ways to order: table QR, car orders by plate number, delivery, and takeaway or counter orders taken by staff
- A QR code for each table, generated in the admin
- Your own delivery zones drawn on a map, each with its fee, minimum order, free-delivery amount and time estimate
- A live staff order queue with sound alerts, plus an optional kitchen screen and optional thermal printing of kitchen tickets and bills
- A tracking page for the customer with live order status

How setup works
There is no self-serve signup yet. Every café is set up by hand by the Cupcloud team, which means you talk to a person rather than fill in a long form.
It starts with a WhatsApp message. We ask about your shop, set up your café on the platform, and you get your menu address and the QR codes for your tables from the admin. From then on, the menu is yours to keep up to date.
- Message us on WhatsApp
- Tell us about your café and how you take orders
- The team sets up your café and its menu page
- Print your QR codes and start taking orders

Costs that are not ours
To keep things honest, a few costs sit outside Cupcloud. Printing your QR codes on stickers or table stands is between you and your printer. If you want printed kitchen tickets or bills, you need a thermal printer. And if you ask for online card payment, your payment gateway provider charges its own fees under your agreement with them.
Customers use their own phones, and the staff queue opens in a browser, so the menu itself does not ask you to buy special devices.

Questions worth asking any digital menu provider
Whoever you choose, a few questions will save you trouble later.
- Is there a fee or commission on each order?
- Who holds the money when a customer pays by card?
- Is the Arabic menu a real right-to-left layout?
- Can I mark an item unavailable myself, right away?
- Does the same menu handle table, car and delivery orders?
