A simple digital menu for Ajman cafeterias and small cafés

Many cafeterias in Ajman are run by the owner, who is also the cashier, the buyer and sometimes the cook. Cupcloud is a digital menu that respects that: we set it up for you, it runs on phones you already have, and it takes no commission on your orders.

Made for owner-run shops

A small shop has no spare person to manage software and no budget to waste on things that need training. What it needs is a menu customers can open in a second, in the language they read, and a clear list of orders for whoever is behind the counter.

That is what Cupcloud gives you: your own menu page at your own address, cafename.cupcloud.ae, opened from a QR code or a link in the phone's browser. Customers install nothing.

We set it up; you keep it up to date

There is no signup form to fight with. You send us a WhatsApp message, tell us about your shop, and the Cupcloud team sets up your café by hand.

After that the everyday changes are small ones. A price goes up, a new juice arrives, the sandwich bread runs out and you mark that item unavailable until tomorrow. Each item has an Arabic name and an English name that you type yourself, so the menu reads the way you already talk to your customers.

Start with the menu, add the rest when you want it

You do not have to switch on everything on the first day. Plenty of small shops begin with the menu and one way of ordering, then add more once the staff are comfortable.

  • A QR code on the counter or the window so people can read the menu on their own phones
  • Car orders, where the customer gives the plate number and emirate and you carry the order out
  • A QR code for each table, if you have seating
  • Delivery to zones you draw on a map, with your own fee for each
  • A kitchen screen or thermal printing, only if you need them

Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya, Al Jurf

In Al Nuaimiya, with its busy streets and blocks of flats, cars stop outside for a moment and regulars live close by, so car orders and short deliveries to nearby buildings suit a cafeteria well. Around the towers of Al Rashidiya, a link shared with regular customers lets them read the menu at home and order delivery to their flat.

In Al Jurf, where roads are wider and homes and workplaces are more spread out, a few delivery zones with different fees make more sense than one flat charge. Your shop, your streets: you set the rules, and you deliver with your own driver.

Kind to a tight budget

Cupcloud takes no commission per order, so a good day's sales stay yours. Customers pay you in cash, exactly as they do now, and Cupcloud never holds your money. Online card payment through your own payment gateway account is available on request if you ever want it.

Common questions

I am not good with technology. Can I still use Cupcloud?

Yes. The Cupcloud team sets up your café by hand, and the menu runs in an ordinary phone browser for you and your customers.

Do I need to buy a tablet or a printer?

No. Customers use their own phones and staff see orders in a browser. A thermal printer is only needed if you want printed kitchen tickets or bills.

Is the menu in Arabic?

Yes. Every menu is in Arabic and English with a one-tap switch, and you choose which language opens first.

Does Cupcloud take money from each order?

No. There is no commission per order, and customers pay your shop directly.

How much does it cost for a small cafeteria in Ajman?

Pricing is on request. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you clearly. A free trial is coming soon.
